We provide a large majority of your education via online video which allows you to have the flexibility you need but keeps your learning experience as much like the classroom as we can make it! (Our online portion operates differently than other schools and is just one of the features that sets us apart.) The course concludes with one week of live instruction in the classroom here at our office OR via ZOOM. Live presentations from the best in the business allow you to ask questions, while increasing your information retention.

COURSE DESCRIPTION
This PRO-ED course is approved by the South Dakota Real Estate Commission for 116 hours of pre-license education for Real Estate Broker Associates (which translates as a Real Estate License for those not yet familiar with the lingo) and Auctioneers.

To Register for this course:
Tuition includes your textbook and all course materials. We recommend you register early. We require a non-refundable $600.00 deposit, which will apply to the course tuition of $1195.00. You can register by either giving us a call or by appointment. We will send/give the course packet to you when we receive your deposit, so you can begin the day you register!
State Exams are given on computer in Sioux Falls, Madison and Rapid City, Monday through Saturday.
